At the heart of the Max Ozone Generator is the ozone generator with the application of high borosilicate special glass discharge tubes, which represents the latest, most advanced ozone generating technology, with a patented design that combines high ozone concentration, low energy consumption, and unparalleled stability.
The ozone generator is designed according to the class I pressure vessel, set with cooling water partially baffle made of high-quality stainless steel. The generator is externally equipped with a cylindrical tank, which is equipped with glass windows on both sides for easy observation. In the cylinder, a certain number of stainless steel tubes are compactly arranged and welded on two fixed steel plates. The Max ozone generator is designed with safety factors such as low pressure and high breakdown voltage of the insulator in mind.
The ozone generating assembly consists of separate dehydroxylated special glass tubes (insulated tubes), separate stainless steel high voltage electrodes. Two annular discharge spaces are formed between the insulating tube and the high voltage electrode, and ozone is generated when gas flows through both sides of the insulating tube.

Externally painted anti-Whittaker cabinets, several sets of cabinet doors are independently locked for easy maintenance, and all cabinet doors are interlocked to protect staff safety during normal operation. The human-machine interface allows both manual operation through the local PLC and remote control by a single PLC. The current operating status can be displayed through the indicator lights and graphical interface.
The power supply unit is equipped with a special distribution/rectifier, an inverter unit and a boost voltage converter to convert the three-phase 50/60 HZ AC power into a single-phase inverter power supply.
In addition, a ventilated cooling system provides the most efficient heat transfer for heat energy due to power losses in the electrical components. The wires between rectifier, inverter and step-up transformer are bus-barred. Interlocks and continuous monitoring of important parameters ensure the stability and protection of the plant.
