15-50kg/h ozone generator

The 15-50kg/h ozone generator component includes an independent borosilicate optical glass tube (insulating tube), an independent fully insulated amorphous electrode, and two annular discharge spaces formed between the insulating tube and the high-voltage electrode. When gas flows through both sides of the insulating tube, ozone is generated.Our  ozone generator uses medium frequency high-power high-voltage power supply.

The ozone generator principle of ozone preparation is gap discharge method, where the power supply unit provides a high-voltage electric field to allow oxygen flowing through the generator to pass through this electric field. When oxygen passes through, it is converted into ozone through high-voltage corona discharge.

The ozone  power supply and transformer adopt a fully air-cooled cooling mode, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and convenient for installation and maintenance.

The ozone generator ozone power supply adopts fully IGBT (triode rectifier) controllable rectification, PWM technology, V/F adjustable mode, and primary resonance principle, effectively protecting the discharge tube from starting and discharging.
