Max generator de ozon is widely used in advanced oxidation of chemical wastewater, industrial wastewater, and printing and dyeing wastewater. It includes cases and projects of ozone generator output of 1000g/h-50kg/h for your reference.
Max ozone generator for
Chemical wastewater ozone oxidation treatment
Ozone, whose chemical formula is O3, is also called triatomic oxygen and superoxide. It is named after its fish-like odor and can reduce itself to oxygen at room temperature. The specific gravity is greater than that of oxygen, and it is easily soluble in water and easy to decompose. Since ozone is composed of oxygen molecules carrying one oxygen atom, it is only a temporary state. The carried oxygen atoms are used for oxidation, and the remaining ones are combined into oxygen and enter a stable state, so there is no secondary pollution of ozone.
Physical properties of ozone
Light blue gas, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in carbon tetrafluoride or fluorocarbons and appears blue;
Melting point: -193℃, boiling point: -112℃;
It has a pungent fishy smell, which is similar to chlorine when the concentration is high.
Chemical properties of ozone
Ozone is very unstable and decomposes slowly at room temperature and rapidly at 200°C.
Strong oxidizing property, EOP = 2.07 V, the strong oxidizing property of ozone is mainly used in industry.
The role of ozone in sewage treatment
The actual amount of ozone generator and reaction speed required to treat phenol and cyanide-containing wastewater using the ozone method are related to the amount of sulfide and other pollutants contained in the water and the pH value of the water, so necessary pretreatment should be carried out.
The ozone oxidation method is usually used in conjunction with the activated sludge method. The activated sludge method is first used to remove most of the phenol, cyanide and other pollutants, and then the ozone oxidation method is used. In addition, ozone can also decompose pollutants such as sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate (ABS), proteins, amino acids, organic amines, lignin, humus, heterocyclic compounds and chain unsaturated compounds in wastewater.
