Product Introduction
The principle of ozone preparation is gap discharge method.
Power supply unit (PSU) provides a high-voltage electric field to allow oxygen flowing through the generator to pass through this electric field.
When oxygen passes through, it is converted into ozone through high-voltage corona discharge.
This equipment adopts a vertical tank structure.
The inlet and outlet pipes are tangent to the cylinder to prevent damage to the high borosilicate glass tube caused by long-term gas erosion. The equipment is all connected by flanges, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. Install a PLC automatic control system and human-machine interface touch screen for easy operation.

Product advantages
The ozone power supply and transformer adopt a fully air-cooled cooling mode, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and convenient for installation and maintenance. The ozone power supply adopts fully IGBT (triode rectifier) controllable rectification, PWM technology, V/F adjustable mode, and primary resonance principle, effectively protecting the discharge tube from starting and discharging.
